COUCH TO 5K
Basically, this program is for beginners who practically are couch potatoes with little to no involvement in fitness. This program is for 8 weeks preparing you mentally and physically. We coach you through breathing techniques and proper form. At the end of this program, we build you up toward running your first 5k.

For us, fitness, self-care and mental health have always been top priorities. At peacerunners, we believe that we can put forth effort towards rebuilding a strong healthy community on the westside of Chicago. We started with just our bodies and engaging in our community by running through the streets. From there, we created a family, an unbreakable bond within our community.
